Bad service...

I love toys r us . Im always shopping there. I usually go to the store located in Westland, Mi. The service there is ok with a good selection. I was in a different area and decided to go to the Livonia, Mi store location to check it out. The service there was bad... When I was ready to check out there was only one lane open. There were two girls working at the counter both were talking non stop to the other, they didn't say one word to me as I was checking out, not even eye contact, nothing. I thought it was pretty rude. When I lived in Idaho the service there was great. I was greeted very nicely by every employee that saw me. I think the service for these locations could have been a ton better and im sure if it was it would bring in more and better business.
