Amount wiped off on a Gift card with making purchases - Gift Cards
I had a gift card from toysrus and some how all the money on the card got wiped off without me making any purchases. I reached out to their customer care and it was such a pain to have the issue resolved, I was bounced back and forth from on call to another and received commitments but no responde later, I had to follow up myself. Later I was frustrated with the poort customer service and reached thier corporate office on call, they too were very rude and returned my money, but I was extremely unhappy with the kind of service and responses I got from them... specially their supervisors, front line staff was still ok..
