Hi, To whoever who really want to take care of the customers. I have been in lot of trouble with your online GPS ordering stuff. I called in the phone support, they placed an order for me with all my information wrong. I spoke to 5 people at least everyone says my name was entered wrong, when i spoke with some one from your customer support manager team. He says my credit card information is wrong after a week of talking,talking .... to your phone support(your request id is : 977 812 4763). This is not true when i am placing order for 250$ to abe of maine and rest of vendor they are able to get my order done(this happened 15days back for Sony Camcorder). I gave all the information and asked for blocking the product as i have been facing trouble with your phone support. your supervisor was really not helpful other than giving me this email address after wasting my phone minutes(1hr on call and got disconnected by one guy in the middle before talking to your manager). Can someone help me here or what is the response to your customer?
