You have the worst customer service in the world.

My name is Angela Spates. I have spent way too much money to not have anything to show for it and now I see you have charged my account for items you have not bothered to pick up!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter-in-law, Lacee Andrews, sent you an email the other day and I am now following behind her. You first charged my card over $2,200 and now I see you have charged me the full amount of the chifferobe, almost $800.00 because your people cannot seem to get things together. We have been waiting since February 3, that was the email date sent to me, where this broken chifferobe was to be picked up. They still have a broken chifferobe in their nursery along with two gliders and ottomans!!!!! Really, can you people not get anything right??!!!!!!!!!!!!
You just sent my Lacee an email about this offering the chifferobe for half price, how about free, since now I have been charged with something that I should not have been and we still do not have the chifferobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son and I have talked to people in your customer service to the point that BABIESRUS SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there anyone there who has one ounce of common sense to put information into a computer and actually get something right???!!!! This has to be the most inept company and customer service I have ever dealt with.
WE WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOUR COMPANY!!! I AM GOING ON AN ALL OUT BLITZ TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM BABIESRUS, WHICH WILL ALSO FALL IN TO TOYSRUS AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!
FED UP IN ALABAMA AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! ARE YOU PEOPLE GOING TO HELP WITH THE FINANCE CHARGES ON MY BILL, SINCE YOU HAVE NOW CHARGED ME TWICE FOR PRODUCTS THAT YOU WERE TO PICK UP AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED FROM TARGET AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT LACEE WANTED WITH NO PROBLEM. IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT YOU SAY YOU WILL TAKE THE CHARGE OFF, CAUSE I ALREADY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FINANCE CHARGES FROM WHERE YOU CHARGED ME THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE ELSE DOES AS WELL!!!!
IF YOU NEED A REFERENCE NUMBER, HERE IT IS: 150203-003007, THAT WAS THE ONE THEY GAVE ME WHEN I FIRST CALLED IN FEBRUARY TO GET THESE ITEMS EXCHANGED!! I TOLD YOUR VERY INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON THE GLIDER WAS THE WRONG COLOR AND LACEE WANTED IT IN EXPRESSO, NOT WHAT WAS ON THE REGISTRY BECAUSE IT DID NOT MATCH. WHAT DID YOUR STUPID PEOPLE DO, SENT THE EXACT SAME ONE!!! SENT A SECOND CHIFFEROBE THAT WAS BROKEN AND IT WAS SENT BACK. AGAIN, WE STILL HAVE TWO GLIDERS WITH OTTOMANS AND A BROKEN CHIFFEROBE IN THE NURSERY AND THE BABY IS DUE ANY MOMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANOTHER REFERENCE NUMBER IS 150202-002840! STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU PEOPLE. WHEN I TALKED TO ANOTHER INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, THEY SAID ON THE SECOND GLIDER AND OTTOMAN, THEY SENT WHAT WAS ON THE REGISTRY. PLEASE PEOPLE, WHY WOULD I CALL AND HAVE YOU SEND THE EXACT SAME ONE AGAIN IF I ALREADY HAD IT!!!!!! I CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES WITH THE YOUNG LADY COMING BACK ON FROM TIME TO TIME TO TELL ME SHE COULD NOT FIND A SUPERVISOR!!!!!!!!
IS THERE ANYONE THERE TENDING TO THE ZOO!!!!
