World's Worst Custsomer Service - Babies R Us

In January I ordered over $2,300 dollars in baby furniture for my son and his wife for my upcoming grand-daughter. One of the items received was damaged when the people left it. I called customer On February 3rd to let them know because my grandbaby was due March 3rd and we wanted to have everything ready. I also told customer service the glider and ottoman that was ordered was the wrong color and I needed to order one in expresso. I was assured everything would be okay. Mind you, my account was charged for all items ordered. The next chifferobe that was sent was also damaged so my son refused it. When asked about picking up the first chifferobe and glider with ottoman he was told he could not because he had no request to pick it up. Next, a second glider and ottoman was sent, in the SAME COLOR!!!!!! Think about this logically, do you really think I would order the exact same one again? I told customer service exactly what I wanted, then they sent the exact same one we did not want. When I called to complain again, a young man told me that what was sent was what was on the registry. I tried for about 20 minutes to make them understand, I reordered a different color, Again, why would I order the exact same thing again just to call and complain about it!! I asked him to answer a simple question, "Do you have it in expresso?". He would not answer my question. Said, again, it would be picked up. I called after hanging up from that fiasco and spoke to a young lady. I simply asked to speak with a supervisor. She continued on that she would fix this problem. After telling this same story for the 100th time, I demanded to speak with a supervisor. I waited, and waited, and waited, only to be told numerous times she could not find a supervisor!!!!!!!My son and I have called Babies R Us, NUMEROUS IMES, only to be told the items would be picked up and my account credited. Well, we even talked with a supervisor who assured us this would be fixed. My son and his VERY PREGNANT WIFE WHO IS DUE AT ANY TIME STILL HAVE A BROKEN CHIFFEROBE AND TWO GLIDERS AND TWO OTTOMANS IN THE NURSERY. TOP IT OFF, MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE CHIFFEROBE I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter-in-law sent in a complaint and was told this would be handled immediately, although, it did not stop you from charging my card again for something I already paid for. The person responded that my account would be credited for the glider and ottoman, because I got what she needed at Target!! Without any problems at all. We were also told that the chifferobe would be discounted 50%.
I sent a complaint in this morning and was told this was being handled. Is there anyone out there who wants to give my time, frustration, and interest fees back to me??? Is there anyone who wants to pay my son and daughter-in-law for the worst experience of their life with buying what they needed for their first child??!!! My son likes really nice things, and what was ordered (Bertinni brands) are really nice with a really nice price tag.
I have never had a problem with Babies R Us and that is why they chose this company to register and buy items for their new baby.

I will never buy anything from this business or any other business associated with it.
