Unresponsive toys r us
Totally horrible customer service. Opened up cc and purchase a swing set which would include free delivery and assembly. Well after working on it for over 30
Mins. She tells me it's discounted and probably recalled.
Told me I can just call and cancel the cc.
Then I find out its still available online!!!
Wow! Made a complaint online. Someone calls me from the store and tells me she's going to work on yet and never calls me back. Not only that I send another complaint about this and even the online service doesn't respond!!
What's incredible is that they send me and ad that has cheaper price and free delivery!!
