ToysRus negligence on Void transaction Refund

I have purchase a toy on 24th Oct 2009 from Lynwood-Alderwood mall ToysRus center and at the pay in counter cashier have swapped my card twice.
Amount $ 43.79 has been deducted twice from my bank account, and immediately when I asked about it, They had cancelled that transaction and given me a Void transaction receipt by assuring that I will get my money back in my account within 48 hours. From that day it’s only me who is calling/emailing ToysRus to get my money back but No one from TpysRus came back to me on my number regarding this fault correction and till now I haven’t received my money back even after 17days. No idea when ToysRus will complete their 48 hrs.
Each time when I call them they are asking for just wait for 2 days and it will be done, but after 17days also I am not getting any outcome.
I am simply frustrated with This Pathetic customer service from ToysRus and now thinking that I have made a big mistake of purchased something from ToysRus.

Sorry, I simply don't believe this story! Once you slide your card the card is processed, receipt prints and the transaction finishes. There cannot be a duplicate charge. Don't believe me, watch next time your there. Besides, debt charges are returned as cash and credit card are returned back to your card. Once this is done, it now has to be approved by your bank and that's where the hold up is. Stop blaming other people for your error.

I just bought a Laser micro zero gravity for my son yesterday. Right after we came home, my son open it and charge the car. Out of suprise, it is not moving. Therefore, the very next day morning, I bring the toy back to Toy r us for return. The response I have received is NO. you can only exchange since you open. The thing is how can I trust that toy any more since the bad experienced I had. Second is what happen if I got another bad one? I need to go back and exchange again. I do not have time for that game. The most angry part of all is when I request to speak to manager of the store. The manager's express attitude is more like "it not my business and problem".
