Toys R us Boise, ID Customer Service - Ford F150 power wheels
I am VERY disappointed with Toys R us this Christmas Season! I went into the store last night to get some gifts for my 4 year old daughter. We were looking at purchasing her an F150 power wheels. When we found someone who could help us we found out they were sold out, so we asked if we could purchase the model. He said if we wanted to do that customer service could help us. We asked another person where we could find customer service and he pointed in another direction and walked away, that was it! We finally get to customer service and there are 2 people working the counter. They both looked to help us before we could even finish the sentence they guy says very rudely that the models are not for sale. Which is okay but was frustrating that we wasted 20 minutes waiting in line when the first person helping us could have told us that or if there was a sign on the models stating that. I understand Customer service is hard during the Christmas season but it seemed like every person we encountered in that store acted like my questions were inconveniencing them or they were tired of dealing with people in general. I don't normally write reviews but that was ridiculous!
