Toys R Us Refund Policy Doesn't work - Thomas the Train Work Table

I returned an item that Toys R Us shipped to the wrong address. I had to reorder the item to ship it to the correct address. I was told they would send me a return postage and refund my money once it arrived. It arrived back at Toys R Us on December 9th. I still do not have my refund.
