Bad Customer Service - Bubble Machine
Attempted to return a broken item within 24hrs with a receipt and was told I needed to produce a valid US ID. They stated this was a new policy that went into effect 8 months ago (returned another broken item just a month ago with valid receipt and no issues!). The general Manager Refused to return item implied I was a Thief! Upon calling customer service I was told the same thing. Babies R US does not have this return policy posted anywhere in the store. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL IMMORAL PRACTICE !
The following people are not welcomed at ALL Babies R US:
1. NON AMERICANS
2. NON GREENCARD HOLDERS
3. Children/teenagers
Please note you also have to have a valid phone number as well!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD POLICIES!!!!
BUY BUY BABY Price matches and gives an additional discount!!!!! Plus they will take anyones coupons and they do not require ID's for returns!!! They also send out 20% off coupons to customers and an additional $5 off!!!
